Date: October 22, 23, & 24
Time: 6:30 pm
Location: St. Antony fellowship hall
Join us for a three-night study of the Epistle to the Hebrews with Dr. Jeff Lamp. Dr. Lamp will examine the Christian story as told through the epistle, presenting the Son as the author of creation, the second Adam, and the establisher of the new creation. Looking at key passages from the letter, Dr. Lamp will illustrate and tie these themes to the liturgical life of the Church.
The event is free and open to the public and is perfect for anyone with an interest in the Bible, the role of Christ in our lives, or the liturgical life of the Church. Please RSVP on our Facebook page.
Dr. Lamp is a member of our parish and a professor of Biblical Greek, New Testament Letters, Beginning Preaching and Principles of Biblical Interpretation, and has extensively studied and written on the intersection between theology and ecology.
